Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the QuietMemo commercial service and apps.
1. Your account and content
You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You retain ownership of your notes and grant us only the limited permission needed to host, synchronize, process, and display them for you.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use QuietMemo to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attack the service, bypass access controls, or interfere with other users. You are responsible for content you create, import, or share.
3. Availability and backups
We aim to operate a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Export important data regularly. Personal NAS users are responsible for their server, security, connectivity, and backups.
4. Subscriptions
Paid features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the App Store terms and the QuietMemo Subscription Terms.
5. Changes and termination
We may improve or discontinue features, suspend harmful use, or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
