Subscription Terms

QuietMemo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple.

Plans

Monthly: US$2.99. Annual: US$29.99. The App Store shows the final localized price, taxes, and currency before purchase.

Renewal and billing

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before expiration.

Manage, cancel, or restore

Manage or cancel in Apple Account Settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation applies after the current paid period. Use Restore Purchases in QuietMemo with the Apple Account that originally purchased the plan.

Trials, refunds, and changes

No trial is promised unless the purchase screen explicitly offers one. Apple handles billing and refund requests. If pricing changes, Apple will provide any notice or consent required by its rules and applicable law.
