Account deletion
Delete your QuietMemo account
You can permanently delete your account directly in the app. No support request is required.
In the app
- Sign in and open the main menu.
- Choose Account & Plan.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
If you cannot access the app, email support@quietmemo.app from the account email.
What is deleted
Your commercial account, server-side notes, note history, tags, attachments, sessions, and MCP tokens are deleted from primary storage. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups expire through their normal rotation.
Subscription reminder
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel separately in Apple Account Settings → Subscriptions.
